Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Standard shipping times range from 7–14 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

  • Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your order under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Process: To start a return, please contact us at  with your order number and reason for return.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
